What's actually in the box?+
Every box guarantees an exclusive monthly Flowstar, a collector pin, a custom magnet, a custom sticker, and a premium kandi or festival accessory. On top of that, boxes include surprise bonus items that change every month, things like extra pins, pashminas, hoods, early-release products, and other exclusive merch.
Why a waitlist instead of just signing up?+
The subscription box isn't an always-open program. We intentionally limit how many new spots we open at once so we can focus on making every box as good as possible, exclusive designs, premium collectibles, and real surprises. Join the waitlist and we'll email you directly when it's your turn to purchase.
How does billing work?+
You're always charged on the 1st of the month for that month's box, and it typically ships during the first week of the month.
  • Today: you're charged for the following month's box
  • First week of the month: your box ships
  • 1st of the next month: your subscription renews and you're charged again
It repeats every month for as long as you're subscribed.

Example: Your first charge is in August for September's box. September's box ships the first week of September. You are not charged again until October 1st for October's box. Each following charge comes on the 1st of the month with the box shipping within the first week of that month.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, cancel anytime, no questions asked. Just keep in mind that cancelling your subscription puts you at the back of the waitlist if you ever want to rejoin.
Is the subscription Flowstar different from what's in the regular shop?+
Yes. Each month's Flowstar is exclusive to the subscription box and is never released to the public. That goes the same for your collector pin.
