Frequently Asked Questions

We ship Monday through Friday. We do our best to get orders out the next day, but please allow up to 48 hours for processing.

- U.S. orders: 3–5 business days

- International orders: 1–2 weeks

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early. Please:

  1. Check around your mailbox, porch, or with neighbors.
  2. Wait 48 hours to see if it shows up.
  3. If not, contact your local post office and then email us at forever@foreverflow.co.

Orders with multiple products will ship together once all items are ready. If you’d like part of your order sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Most international orders arrive in 1–2 weeks, but customs can sometimes cause delays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link you can use anytime to check your shipment.

We start working on orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. Email us at forever@foreverflow.co as soon as possible and we’ll try to help.

If something arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days if unused and in original condition. See the Return Policy below for details.

Yes! GlowStars include a 3-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Replacements do not reset warranty coverage.

We appreciate your concern regarding the use of AI in our designs. We understand that people are passionate about art and the tools used to create it.

Most of our designs are created by Niki Stevenson, ForeverFlow’s lead graphic artist. Each FlowStar design is developed from concept to completion using a blend of tools including Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and AI-assisted elements.

We also collaborate with talented community artists and host ongoing art competitions to feature even more creators on future FlowStars.

Policies

- Orders process Monday–Friday.

- Ships within 48 hours of processing.

- Domestic delivery: 3–5 business days.

- International delivery: 1–2 weeks depending on customs.

- Multiple-item orders ship together unless otherwise noted.

- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

- Customer is responsible for return shipping

- Refunds are issued for the unit price. Refunds do not include shipping cost

GlowStar Limited Warranty

Every GlowStar includes a 3-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered

  • Electronics failing under normal use
  • Power issues
  • Button or switch failure
  • Units arriving defective

What’s Not Covered

  • Cosmetic wear
  • Water damage
  • Damage from drops or impacts
  • Normal wear and tear

How It Works

  1. Email us at forever@foreverflow.co with your order number.
  2. We create a replacement order.
  3. Your replacement includes a prepaid return mailer.
  4. Return the defective GlowStar in the prepaid mailer.

Important Notes

  • Coverage lasts 3 months from delivery.
  • Replacements do not reset the warranty.
  • One warranty replacement per GlowStar.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but your package is missing:

  • Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
  • Check neighbors & local post office
  • Email forever@foreverflow.co if still missing

ForeverFlow is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered,” but we will help where we can.

We respect your privacy. Your information is used solely for processing orders and improving our services. We never sell or share customer data.
