Please read carefully before unlocking the ForeverFlow FlowStar Studio. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.

For the best experience and most accurate preview, use the FlowStar Studio on a desktop or laptop computer.
1. Production Timeline & Launch Pricing
Custom FlowStars are produced in scheduled batch cycles through a limited-time introductory pricing drop.
Batch 1 (Intro Drop — Limited Time Pricing)
Order Deadline: April 30 (11:59 PM CST) · Ships By: June 15, 2026
Batch 2
Order Window: May 1 → May 31st · Ships By: June 30, 2026
Batch 3:
Order Window: June 1 →June 15th · Ships By: July 31st, 2026
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume, manufacturing capacity, and material availability. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept the batch production model, introductory pricing structure, and associated timelines.
2. No Coupon Codes
Coupon codes and discount codes cannot be applied to custom FlowStar orders. This includes ambassador codes and any other promotional discounts. Introductory pricing already reflects our most competitive rates — no exceptions.
3. Copyright & Artwork Policy
ForeverFlow cannot accept designs containing copyrighted material. This includes DJ logos, artist logos, brand logos, or any artwork you do not own or have explicit permission to use. Orders found to contain copyrighted material will be cancelled with no exceptions. By submitting your design, you confirm that you have the rights to all artwork included.
4. Made-To-Order & Final Sale Policy
All Custom FlowStars are made specifically to order. Because each item is uniquely produced according to your selections:
• All custom orders are final sale · No cancellations after purchase · No returns · No refunds · No exchanges
Once an order has been placed, design selections cannot be modified or changed. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
5. No Final Proofs
ForeverFlow does not send final design proofs. The design preview shown in the FlowStar Studio at checkout is considered your final approved design. Please review all selections carefully before completing your purchase.
6. Color Accuracy, Display Disclaimer & UV Reactive Printing
We make every effort to accurately represent colors within the FlowStar Studio. However, colors may appear differently across screens and devices, and printed fabric colors may vary slightly from digital previews. Trim and stitching colors are physical materials and may not perfectly match digital representations. Minor shade differences between sides may occur due to production processes.
Designs printed with UV reactive ink may shift tones and colors more dramatically compared to standard printing. Even without UV ink, slight variations between preview and final product are normal and not considered defects. By proceeding, you accept that color variation is part of the production process.
7. Design Preview Disclaimer
The Studio is a digital simulation tool. Final printed and sewn products may vary slightly due to fabric absorption, sewing alignment, material texture, production batch variation, and screen-to-print color translation. Pattern placement, alignment, and scaling may also vary slightly during printing, cutting, and sewing. Highly detailed or low-contrast designs may appear differently on fabric. Minor visual differences are expected and not considered defects.
8. Customization & Production Limitations
Due to manufacturing requirements: inner stitching, outer stitching, and corner stitching must all be identical on both sides of the FlowStar. These constraints are required for proper construction.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By unlocking the ForeverFlow Studio and completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand the batch production model and estimated timelines, acknowledge that colors and materials may vary, understand that no final proofs will be sent, confirm you have rights to all artwork in your design, and agree that all custom orders are final sale.
